1. Steps for the conclusion of an online contract
As far as the conclusion of the sales contract is concerned, it takes place in a clear and explicit manner throughout your journey. It respects the legal laws and is exclusively in French.
The order is made in several steps following a very precise "ordering process" that you can find below.
You select the desired products and fill your basket. You indicate the place of delivery and then fill in your personal data. When you decide to make the payment, a statement appears allowing you to detect and correct a possible error before placing your order. At the end of your shopping, you will also receive a final overview (summary screen) showing the total price of the products, the delivery and transport costs and you then have the possibility to definitively accept your order. You check the box before: "I have read and understood the information on the GTC and on the treatment of my personal data stated in the privacy policy and I accept them. You then make a payment request. You can pay by Bancontact, Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, Apple Pay or via PayPal. When you confirm your payment, you will automatically receive an order confirmation from Fuchs & Gov with all the information about your order.
2. Payment methods*
Payment is required immediately in order to place an order. Orders will only be processed once payment has been received. We accept payments by the following means: Bancontact, visa, maestro, MasterCard, Apple Pay or via PayPal. All transactions on Fuchs & Go are secure. The small lock on your navigation bar indicates this.
3. Transfer of ownership and risk*
Unless the contract expressly provides otherwise, the company delivers the goods by transferring the physical possession of the goods to the consumer no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract. The shipment of goods is at the risk of the company, when the transportation is provided by a carrier designated by the company. Thus, for contracts where the company ships the goods to the consumer, the risk of loss and damage to the goods passes to the consumer:
- When the consumer - or a third party designated by the consumer other than the carrier - takes physical possession of the goods.

4. Right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal -
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of delivery. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by e-mail. In order for the cancellation period to be observed, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (unless we are mistaken), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction.
2. Instructions for completing the information
Where you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the goods. Insert your name, geographic address and, when available, your telephone number and e-mail address. You may also complete and submit the sample withdrawal form on our website [ www.fuchsandgov.com ]. If you use this option, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal by email. You must return the goods by the same means of delivery or in a relay point of your choice without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract. You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
If the defect, the error comes from our part we will recover the good at our own expenses. You are only responsible for the depreciation of the good resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this good.

5. Legal guarantee and possible commercial guarantee*.
The law relating to the protection of consumers provides for a legal guarantee of 2 years for any sale of consumer goods, this guarantee takes place when the goods are delivered. It is expressly provided for by the law, any clause contrary to this guarantee is null and void. In addition to the legal guarantee, a seller can grant a commercial guarantee which is optional. It is governed by Directive 1999/44/EC. This guarantee must specify that the buyer also has the legal guarantee and that it adds value to the latter. It must be clear, understandable and absolutely contain certain mandatory information such as the duration, content, geographical scope, name and address of the person offering the guarantee. In the case of sales in foreign countries, the commercial warranty must be drawn up in the different languages of the countries where the products will be sold. If the commercial warranty is not granted, and the two-year period of the legal warranty has expired, the warranty for hidden defects will apply. The burden of proof will be on the buyer to demonstrate that there was a latent defect at the time of delivery of the item.

Delivery is free for orders over 40 € in Belgium, France and Luxembourg. In Belgium, for orders under 40 €, delivery costs are 5 €. For France and Luxembourg, for orders under 40 €, the delivery costs are 9,95 €.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery is made by Bpost. For all orders placed in Belgium before 12:00 am, the normal delivery time is 24 hours on weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays (maximum 48 hours except for exceptional events). The delay for deliveries outside Belgium is 2 to 5 working days.
8. Exchange policy
Our customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of their order to return the product for exchange or refund without penalty, except for the return shipping costs. However, this right of withdrawal is not applicable to sales of personalized products. No personalized item can be refunded or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. It is imperative to attach to the package the invoice and the return form which includes the following information

This voucher is to be printed. The watch must be returned in its original packaging. The refund will be made on the original means of payment.
